Roast Pork Tenderloin Sliders with Cranberry Sauce and Pickled Onions



These Roast Pork Tenderloin Sliders are a delightful combination of savory and sweet. Tender pork, tangy cranberry sauce, and pickled onions come together on slider buns for a delicious bite-sized treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Slider buns for serving
  • Arugula for garnish

Instructions:

Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C

Salt and pepper the pork tenderloin and rub it with olive oil

Put the pork tenderloin in an oven that has already been heated and roast it for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C

Wait five minutes before cutting it

Set the pickled onions aside while the pork roasts

Sliced red onions, white vinegar, and sugar should all be put in a small saucepan

Bring to a slow boil, then cook for two to three minutes

Take it off the heat and let it cool down

Cut the pork tenderloin into rounds that are very thin

Spread cranberry sauce on the bottom half of each slider bun before putting them together

There should be pickled onions and slices of roast pork tenderloin on top

Put some arugula on top and then put the top half of the slider bun on top of that
