Caramel Frappuccino Cupcakes Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup crushed chocolate-covered coffee beans
- Whipped cream and additional caramel sauce for topping
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 350 F 175C and put paper liners in a cupcake tin
Mix the butter and sugar in a big bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy
Adding the eggs one at a time and mixing them in is the next step
Start by adding the flour mixture all at once, then add the milk in small amounts, starting with the flour mixture and ending with the milk
Each cupcake liner should be about two thirds full
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
Wait until the cupcakes are completely cool
Put the cold brewed coffee and caramel sauce in a small bowl and mix them together
Put away
Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together in a different bowl until stiff peaks form
Layer the cupcakes in glasses or jars after cutting them into small cubes
Add the coffee-caramel mix to each glass and drizzle it over the cupcake cubes
Put some whipped cream on top of every layer
On top of the whipped cream, sprinkle crushed coffee beans that have been in chocolate
Do this again and again until the glasses are full
Add more whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce on top
Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it
